There are really easy and cheap ways to do this:
Get lots of electrical wise, a spool is really cheap at a hardware store and string it all over for everything. Maybe even have the head of the table have a head mask of the electric chair. Or have people slip their hands to restraints.
All can be made with electrical tape and wire.
